Confidentiality Statement
Halo Aerospace Laboratories will maintain all customer confidential information in secrecy and confidence and will not be disclosed to others or used by Halo Aerospace Laboratories for any purpose other than the Customers benefit. The same degree of care will be used with Customer information as is used with Halo Aerospace Laboratories confidential and proprietary information.
Halo Aerospace Laboratories further agrees that all Customer confidential information in tangible form and electronic form (including but not limited to Reports, Drawings, Specifications, and Plans) will be returned to the Customer upon request.
Halo Aerospace Laboratories will not use the Customers name or the fact it is doing business with the Customer in any advertising or marketing promotions or any other dealings with third parties unless and until the customer specifically authorises Halo Aerospace Laboratories it may do so in writing.
